Synopsis:

The series “Moving Away From Unnecessary Conflict” explores the urgent need for the body of Christ to reflect the prayer of unity Jesus offered in St. John 17:21, “That they all may be one.” There is too much division among us and much of that division has been caused by denominationalism. Salvation is of the Lord, but denominations are of men. Carnal hypotheses become religious dogmas that are too often not substantiated within the Word of God, the Holy Bible. As a result, members of the body of Christ are separated by unnecessary conflict. This particular reading addresses topics such as salvation, water baptism and the reception of the gift of the Holy Ghost.
