Judy B. Turner
Born and reared in Chapel Hill, NC, she is the youngest of ten siblings. Her flourishing career working for a financial institution for thirty-nine years transitioned her to retirement. Following retirement, she served as an Assistant Sergeant-at-Arms for the House of Representatives at the North Carolina General Assembly.
She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of twenty; hence, she had a calling on her life, which led her into ministry. She received her Evangelist license in 1971 from the Church of God In Christ.
She married Emmett M. Turner, Pastor of Manasseh Church of God In Christ where she served as his faithful wife for twenty-four years. The Lord Jesus Christ has anointed her life and deals with her through his WORD. Her dedicated life to ministry has resulted in the Lord elevating her to serve as the International Overseer of Elders & Ministers of the International Ministers Covenant Fellowship under the International Presiding Prelate, Bishop Lorenzo Peterson. For this cause, she is deeply humbled. A sought after Evangelist and the Founder of Healing for the Hurting Ministries, a ministry for persons facing painful situations. Whether widowed, divorced, suddenly single or struggling with the pain of losing a loved one this ministry offers proven steps back to wholeness. She lives by what she preaches and applies the lessons to her life on a daily basis. The Bible says in Galatians 6:9, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.”
