Dennean Handfield is a native of Coatesville, PA. She is a graduate of Temple University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism. Her first cover story was for the Black Suburban Journal on Boxer; Jacqui Frazier Lyde. She has also studied acting at the prestigious William Esper Studios and even hosted her own online talk show. Journey to Wholeness is Dennean’s first fiction novel which is to inspire girls to love themselves.
