Pastor DeMarcus M. Pierson is a shepherd that leads by example, leaving people better, uplifted, and encouraged. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pastor Pierson has merged a keen business sense with faith to produce astounding results. His mother, now Pastor Janice K. Thompson, instilled a love and hunger for God in him, even as a young boy being raised in church, he learned the value of true ministry. Pastor of the Omega Ministries International Worship Center of Shabach in Tyler, Texas. He and his wife, Joniesha, lead the non-denominational, multi-cultural ministry, under the leadership of his spiritual father, Dr. Todd M. Hall, Sr.
